Mr. Kapish was partner in the firm of O’Halloran & Vitale and prior to that was an associate at Monzo Catanese Hillegass. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (B.A. magna cum laude), and received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
