Defne G. Guvenc, Esq. is an Associate Attorney with Kiczek and Kapish. She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.

Ms. Guvenc’s practice area includes residential and commercial real estate, estate administration, estate litigation, estate planning, landlord-tenant disputes, and land use matters. She is always willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best results for her clients.

Ms. Guvenc also has a special interest in “legal technology”. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association - Technology, Cyber and Privacy Law Committee. This committee focuses on the ever-changing technology in the legal world, including its regulatory landscape, with a special focus on AI. Ms. Guvenc, along with her committee, have written letters to State and Federal regulators advising on gaps in our judicial system.
